British hope Joe Saunders

No one can have a better start! A teenager boxer, winning against the last previous year’s silver medalist isn’t an easy job! There must be talent! And we know it’s there.

Joe knocked Turkish boxer Adem Kilicci, outrunning him by 10 points, leaving no suspense or need to count the hits anymore.

Saunders said: “He’s a well-polished opponent and I beat him by more than 10 points, I’m in a tough draw but I’ll battle it out and do the best I can”.

The young fellow seems so confident, and yet, so capable. Will we witness a new champion in the sport of boxing? Will he affect the boxing sport bets and betting panels?

Only time can show either England made a good investment or not!
